RESERVATION
You can reserve your rental car service with driver in any time. Up to 1 hour prior to the request, we
guarantee the service. Otherwise we do not guarantee the availability.
To make a reservation, please indicate:
Passenger name
Number of passengers – please indicate how many luggage for each person
Date and time
Telephone number is appreciated
Departure and destination address
Flight number and place of origin (in case of transfer from/to airports)
Name of the person who makes the reservation
TO MAKE A RESERVATION, PLEASE FILL THE FIELDS BELOW:
CANCELLATION OR CHANGE OF BOOKING
You can cancel or modify the reserved ride up to 2 hours before the pickup, with no extra charge.
If you cancel or modify up to 2 hours prior to the pickup, you will be charged at the rate of 50%.
If you cancel or modify up to 1 hour prior to the pickup, you will be charged at the full rate.
NO SHOW
In case of no-show up to 1 hour after the landing or after the agreed pickup hour, the driver will leave the
location. The full rate of the service will be charged. In case of delay, please warn the driver.
